H2O

Eight glasses of water a day – that’s what they say. But I keep forgetting.

I’m currently aiming for three litres daily. For general well-being over the colder months and to keep the creative ideas flowing.

Just worked out a solution. Purchased a litre bottle of water. Place on desk alongside glass. Drink over five hours then voila – refill the bottle.

A structured block of time certainly makes remembering easier. Feeling much more organised (and hydrated) now!

  • 7am-12noon x 1 litre
  • 12-5pm x  1 litre
  • 5-10pm x 1 litre
